Watani Wealth Management Company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-fundamental change to Watani Saudi Equity Fund; such change will become effective on (11/05/1443H), corresponding to (15/12/2021G)” .The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows: (the Fund's financial year will end on 31/12 of each calendar year and within 3 months of that date, the fund manager will prepare and publish the annual report. The first financial year of the fund will be 31/12/2022) noting that the fund inception date is 13/12/2021.
