*18th October 2023 - Announcement by Watani Wealth Management regarding the details of non-fundamental changes to AlWatani Saudi Equity Fund.

Watani Wealth Management announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-fundamental change to AlWatani Saudi Equity Fund; such change will become effective on (18/04/1445 H.), corresponding to (02/11/2023 G.)

The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows: Amending paragraph 31 of other information to comply with the regulatory requirements of the rules for collecting zakat from investors in investment funds, in addition to amending paragraph 5 of the risk assessment mechanism to amend the name of the products and portfolios committee to include the valuation policies followed and reviewed periodically.

Unitholders have the right to redeem their units before any non-fundamental change is effective; without incurring any redemption fees.
