*30th March 2023 - Announcement by Watani Wealth Management regarding the details of non-fundamental changes to AlWatani Saudi Equity Fund.

Watani Wealth Management announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of non-fundamental changes to AlWatani Saudi Equity Fund; such change will become effective on (25/09/1444 H.), corresponding to (16/04/2023 G.).

The details of the non-fundamental changes are as follows:

First: Amendment of subparagraphs (c, d) of paragraph (3) Investment Policies and Practices.

Second: Update of subparagraph (f) of paragraph (21) Fund Manager.

Third: Amendment of subparagraph (a) of paragraph (24) Fund Board.

Fourth: Amendment of subparagraphs (a, b) of paragraph (28) Auditor.

Fifth: Addition of subparagraph (f) of paragraph (31) Other Information.

Sixth: Amendment of Auditor name in Fund Summary.

 

Unitholders have the right to redeem their units before any non-fundamental change is effective; without incurring any redemption fees.
