*11th May 2023 - Announcement by Watani Wealth Management regarding the details of non-fundamental changes to AlWatani Saudi Equity Fund.

Watani Wealth Management announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of non-fundamental changes to AlWatani Saudi Equity Fund; such change will become effective on ( 08/ 11 / 1444 H.), corresponding to ( 28 / 05 / 2023G.). The details of the non-fundamental changes are as follow:

• Amendment of the investment allocation for the fund in off-benchmark shares to 10% of the fund’s net asset value in subparagraph (c) of paragraph (3) Investment Policies and Practices.
• Amendment of the maximum investment allocation for the fund in off-benchmark shares to 10% of the fund’s net asset value in subparagraph (d) of paragraph (3) Investment Policies and Practices.

Unitholders have the right to redeem their units before any non-fundamental change is effective; without incurring any redemption fees.
