Watani Wealth Management Company (NBK Wealth Management) is a Single Shareholder Closed Joint Stock Company with a paid up capital of SAR 90 million. The Company is fully owned by the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) one of the largest and oldest financial institutions in the region and one of the highest-rated banks in the Middle East. NBK Wealth Management was incorporated on September 10th, 2017 and began its operations on September 20th, 2018.
NBK Wealth Management is a full-fledged regional investment firm licensed by the CMA. The main business lines include Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Banking and Brokerage. NBK Wealth Management prides itself by its global scale and reach, regional focus, and its excellent service.

Watani Wealth Management is committed to providing the highest level of service to its clients.
This document summarizes the Clients Complaints Handling Procedures (the “Procedure”) with respect to products/services offered by Watani Wealth Management (the “Company”). The Company will aim to resolve any dissatisfaction, complaint (either verbal or written), dispute and third party complaint with an existing or potential client (“Complainant”) amicably following the Procedure (a copy to be shared upon request).
The client has the right to take his complaint to the Resolution of Securities Disputes of the CMA “CRSD”. This, of course will only apply if the matter cannot be resolved internally.

Customer Identification
In accordance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's laws and regulations we are obliged, as a financial institution, to gather and maintain information about our customers in order to deliver our services to them in an accurate, compliant and timely fashion. We collect non-public personal information about you in order to conduct our business with you from the following sources:
- Information we receive from you on our Business Agreement Forms, such as name, address, national identification number or telephone number;
- Information about your transactions with us through transactions records; and
- Information we may receive from you over the internet such as your e-mail address.
Securing your passwords
- If a customer suspects that his own password has been compromised, he/she must change his/her password as soon as possible.
- Use alphanumeric passwords to minimize password theft, and avoid using easy passwords such as your birthday and your mobile numbers.
- Customers must avoid storing their passwords on their PC or Mobile.
Virus Spyware
Virus spyware is the most common security threat facing users today. Viruses, spyware, trojans and worms can inflict varying degrees of damage on users, depending on their type and the scope of the attack. To protect your PC from vulnerability, ensure that you have up-to-date antivirus and anti-spyware software installed and enabled on your PC at all times.
Phishing
Phishing is a criminal activity that attempts to fraudulently acquire sensitive information, such as usernames, passwords and account details, by masquerading as a trustworthy friend or company entity. Phishing is typically carried out using email or instant messaging and often directs users to give details at a fake website; phone contact may be used as well.
